SpiritQuest Retreats

Yoga Retreat for Mind, Body, Spirit

A yoga retreat with SpiritQuest is a wonderful blend of mind, body, and spirit. Typically, these private retreats not only consist of yoga each day but immerse clients in holistic healing. The yoga retreat is designed to meet you at your own level. Each day is full of private, one-on-one sessions. Our retreat coordinators can help construct the perfect retreat for our clients. These may consist of massage, sound healing, medicine wheel, breathwork, nutrition and more.

Principles of Yogananda

By participating in a yoga retreat with SpiritQuest our clients are able to get away from their work-a-day worlds and spend a few days relaxing, healing, learning, and growing. Your retreat can be as short or lengthy as you wish. Some guests visit for only a day or two, others spend a week with us. Our retreats focus on yoga principles for healthy living. Drawing from Yogananda’s teachings, these retreats put an emphasis on what it means to be a yogi in today’s world. Yogananda taught his students the need for direct experience of truth, as opposed to blind belief. He said, “The true basis of religion is not belief, but intuitive experience. Intuition is the soul’s power of knowing God. To know what religion is really all about, one must know God.” Though SpiritQuest is non-denominational, we believe in the power of connecting with a higher source.

Letting Go of Old Ideas & Habits

Our yoga retreat takes place in our beautiful retreat center or out on the forest land of Sedona, AZ. A retreat such as ours will allow our clients to “shed” all useless ideas, concepts, and habits that hold them back from achieving the flow they need in their lives. Our customized retreats are not one size fits all, instead they are specifically designed for our guests. Our yoga retreat is unique and fulfilling. Come alone or bring a small group of friends with you. Our retreat coordinators are waiting to hear from you! Call Today. Why wait?
