Company Policies

In order to book your private retreat, we require a deposit at the time the reservation is made. The deposit is your guarantee that the sessions we’ve discussed together will be reserved. Your remaining balance will be paid 3 days before your arrival. If you are booking less than five business days in advance, we reserve the right to charge a non-refundable $100 expediting fee based on our current volume and availability. We will start scheduling once we have your deposit and dates.

Retreat and Day Package Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of retreat spaces and the customized design we provide for our retreats, a payment is required at the time of booking to hold your retreat space and form your personal team of practitioners.
*All payments are deemed NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you cancel or change your dates 8 days or more in advance, you will be charged a $250 fee. Your sessions (of which you have partially or fully paid for) will remain on account for you to use within one year of the cancellation date. You must schedule the same exact sessions.

If you cancel or change your dates 3-7 days in advance, you will be charged a $500 fee. Your sessions (of which you have partially or fully paid for) will remain on account for you to use within one year of the cancellation date. You must schedule the same exact sessions.

If you cancel or change your dates 1-2 days before your start date, the system will clear your sessions, and your payment will be forfeited.
*There is no refund for missed or forfeited sessions.

Note: This contract applies to the paying party and the retreat attendee, and all services must be paid in advance of receipt.

 Ala Carte (single session), Group Retreat, Workshop Training & Lifeline Cancellation

Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Due to the limited number of specialty guides and high desire for our programs are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend any session or do not finish a session, there is no prorated refund. NOTE FOR GROUP RETREATS & WORKSHOPS: If you are the only participant, the Event will not be canceled & you will receive personal one-on-one sessions.

Change of Dates:  Ala Carte, Group Retreat, Workshop & Lifeline 

Changing dates outside of 48 hours will incur a fee of $50. If you change your dates with less than 48 hours advance notice, the sessions/event will become non-refundable.
