SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats: Reservation Policies
In order to book your private retreat, we require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation is made. The deposit is your guarantee that the sessions we’ve discussed together will be scheduled and reserved. The remaining balance will be paid at the time of your arrival. If you are booking less than five business days in advance there is a non-refundable $100 expediting fee. Just call and give us a credit card number and we will start scheduling.

Retreat Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited number of retreat spaces, as well as the customized design we provide for our retreats, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to hold your retreat space and form your personal team of practitioners. If you cancel your retreat 7 days in advance of the start date, you will be charged a cancelation fee of $250. Your sessions (of which half has been paid) will remain on account for you to use within one year of the cancellation date. Upon rescheduling, you will pay your remaining balance for your prior purchase. Our system does not allow substitutions.
If you cancel your retreat less than 7 days in advance of your start date the system will clear your sessions and your deposit will be forfeited.
Day Packages, Ala Carte, Group Retreat & Lifelines Cancellation
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Due to the limited number of specialty guides and high desire for our programs (and reservation of our rooms) sessions are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend any session or do not finish a session there is no prorated refund. NOTE FOR GROUP RETREAT: If you are the only participant, the retreat will not be canceled & you will receive 10 hours of one-on-one sessions.
Change of Dates Packages, Ala Carte, Group Retreat & Lifelines Cancellation
Changing dates outside of 48 hours will incur a fee of $50. If you change your dates with less than 48 hours advance notice, the sessions will become non-refundable.
