Personal Retreats

Due to the limited number of retreat spaces as well as the customized design we provide for our Retreats, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to hold your retreat space and to begin the specialized process of forming your own personal team of practitioners. If you cancel your retreat 7 days in advance of the start date your deposit becomes a credit you may use for up to a year (minus a $250 rescheduling fee). If you cancel less than 7 days before your start time, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

Once your retreat has been scheduled any changes will incur a $50-$250 rescheduling fee. In the event that you are unable to attend or finish a session for any reason during your retreat, there is NO prorated refund since the session space and practitioner has been held for you.

Day Packages, Ala Carte, Group Retreats, and Lifeline /ZoomPhone Sessions

Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Due to our limited number of specialty guides and a high desire for our programs (and reservation of our rooms) sessions are non-refundable.  If, while on retreat, you are unable to attend any session or do not finish the retreat/session, there is NO prorated refund. NOTE FOR GROUP RETREAT: If you are the only participant, the retreat will not be canceled, you will receive 10 hours of one-on-one session.
