Owner Katherine Lash, B.S.Ed., PhB, Magna Cum Laude, has devoted her life to facilitating the Spiritual growth of others. Her studies have taken her all around the world from India to Tibet. Katherine's extensive background in coaching for life skills, healthy living, color therapy, energy work and more gives her insights to help others come to a greater realization of who they are. Katherine was a secondary teacher for 15 yrs before moving full time into holistic health. She specializes in conflict resolution, couples coaching, communication, and healthy boundaries. Katherine helps others re-frame the past to move forward to a brighter future. Her certification in Family Constellation work assists couples and families to restore balance and peace. Katherine has facilitated hundreds of retreats and helps clients return to a joyous life through spiritual principles. With her hand-picked team of over 25 practitioners, she is able to lend the support and insights her clients need.
