Our treatments/sessions take place at our Health & Wellness retreat center in Arizona. Wellness treatments are designed to help you develop a lifestyle full of balance and nutrition. We draw from Ayurvedic to provide you with an experience that is ancient and yet applicable in today’s world. Professional coaches explore where you are deficient and how you can improve. By taking a holistic approach to evaluating your lifestyle, we help you find rejuvenation and harmony.

What to do for your Wellness Sedona Retreat? If you have a general idea of what you are looking for, we are experts in consulting with you on the phone. After talking with you on the phone we will design a package that’s in alignment with all your goals!. Put us to work for you. The beauty of our retreats is that they are built around your specific intentions and goals. Most popular are the 4-6 day retreats, however, some clients stay up to 12 days! During this session, you will learn more about living foods and how a diet of raw juices and foods can increase your vitality, well-being, and overall health. Learn about healthy food choices and the value of raw food and tips for better assimilation of nutrients.
Wellness Coaching: Living Your Best Life
A holistic approach to life keeps us balanced and whole. This session focuses on the health of the Spiritual, Emotional, and Physical bodies. You explore your daily habits of mind and health in order to access your weak areas. You begin to see a new way to nourish yourself. We become what we practice, what we eat, and what we think. Learning tools can help you deal with these deficiencies.
Wellness Treatment: Nutritional Consultation
You are what you eat! This session involves an in-depth exploration of your current dietary habits, lifestyle, and goals. Working with a nutritional expert the emphasis will be placed on proper methods of detoxing or cleansing the body with healthy foods. To facilitate your cleanse, you will receive tips and pointers for use when you return home.

During this session, our nutritional therapist will work with you to initiate healthy changes in your diet that are simple yet, effective. Then you will go shopping for whole foods at Sedona’s premier health food store. Learn about new foods that you have never considered and how to incorporate them into your diet.
