Wellness Retreat for Wholeness

A SpiritQuest wellness retreat is a holistic approach to achieving complete wellness and equilibrium. Our personal one-on-one wellness experiences take a look at where our clients are out of sync. First we will explore dysfunctional areas where life has gone awry. Then we will explore unhealthy mindsets. What stories do you tell yourself? Sometimes clients are caught in body dysmorphia, or generational patterns of dysfunction. Others need guidance with their diet and nutrition.

Ayurvedic Healing

Our wellness retreat tends to draw from Ayurvedic concepts for holistic and tranquil living. Ayurvedic medicine is one of the world’s oldest systems which combine an in-depth look at diet, exercise, and lifestyle. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “The Science of Life.” Originating in India more than 5000 years ago, it is sometimes called “mother of all healing.” It stems from the ancient Vedic culture. The SpiritQuest wellness retreat draws from these principles to help clients achieve a healthier lifestyle. These retreats can be designed specifically for our guests in order to help them get the most out of their time with us.

If it’s diet you are looking to address, we can help with that too. SpiritQuest practitioners consult by taking inventory on what is being consumed. We teach that nurturing self consists of not only what we think and feel but what we eat. It’s hard to stay in a state of harmony if we are constantly consuming foods that are unhealthy for us. Balance must be achieved in all aspects of our lives.
