A SpiritQuest spiritual retreat is available 7 days a week. The focus is on achieving peace and balance. In today’s busy world, people find themselves going on “survival” mode. Many report that they no longer have a sense of purpose. They have lost their way. Others report that they are experiencing a disconnect that leads to depression and anxiety. By participating in a spiritual retreat, our guests learn to slow down and bring presence into their lives. When we are present, we are more mindful of the moment. This way we learn to live in a state of gratitude. We are also more mindful of the lives around us and how to build richer more balanced relationships.

We custom design these programs specifically for our clients. Our holistic approach helps people find alignment for their minds, bodies, and spirit. Spirituality can be defined in many ways. We support any path chosen by our clients as long as it is integral, heart-felt, authentic, and compassionate. A spiritual retreat goes deep discovering dysfunction and assisting in re-alignment. Therefore, a few questions our clients might ask themselves are: What does it mean to live a life of right action? How do I let go of the ego? What can I do to feel comforted & connected? What is my purpose in life? How do I create better flow in my life? What actions can I take to keep me on my spiritual path? What will be my daily spiritual practice?

We offer a spiritual retreat to those who seek to change their lives, or to take their spiritual practice to the next level. Thus, SpiritQuest puts an emphasis on meditation, yoga, mindfulness, right action, forgiveness, and compassion. Sometimes we all need a little “tune-up” and the SpiritQuest guides are trained to do just that. Our clients work one-on-one with a handful of gifted practitioners to determine the steps needed for achieving joy, bliss, and peace in one’s life.
