SpiritQuest Reservation Policies
In order to book your private retreat, we require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation is made. The deposit is your guarantee that the sessions we’ve discussed together will be scheduled and reserved. The remaining balance will be paid at the time of your arrival. If you are booking less than five business days in advance there is a non-refundable $100 expediting fee. Just call and give us a credit card number and we will start scheduling.
SpiritQuest Cancellation Policies:
Customized Personal Retreats
Due to the limited number of retreat spaces as well as the customized design we provide, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to hold your retreat space and to begin the specialized process of forming your own personal team of practitioners. If you cancel or change the dates of your retreat more than 10 business days in advance you will incur a $550 cancellation fee which will be deducted from your original deposit amount. The rest of the deposit will then be issued to you as a credit that you can use within one year. If you cancel or change the dates of your retreat less than 10 business days of your start date your deposit becomes non-refundable and no credit will be issued. Once your retreat has been scheduled any changes you request (assuming you keep the same dates) will incur a $300 rescheduling fee and must be done at least 5 business days in advance. In the event that you are unable to attend or finish a session for any reason during your retreat, there is NO prorated refund since the session space and practitioner has been held for you.
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. If you cancel more than 5 business days in advance of your arrival date, SpiritQuest will issue you a credit which may be used within one year from the cancellation date. If you cancel 5 business days or less before you are scheduled to arrive, the entire amount paid is non-refundable. SpiritQuest will only be liable for monies we have received, and not for any other expenses you may incur as a result of your cancellation. If, while on retreat, you are unable to attend any session or do not finish the retreat there is NO prorated refund. NOTE: If you are the only participant, the retreat will not be cancelled, you will receive 10 hours of one-on-one session.
Phone Sessions and Lifeline
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable and must be used within a year of purchase. If you arrange a session then cancel more than 48 hrs notice, SpiritQuest will provide a credit which may be used before the purchase end date. There is no refund or credits for cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice.
Day Packages and Ala Carte Sessions
Payment for day packages or Ala Carte sessions is due in full at the time of booking. If you cancel with more than 48 hrs notice, SpiritQuest will provide a refund of the monies paid to us minus a $50 cancellation fee. There is no refund for cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice. Once scheduled all changes will incur a $50 change fee.
Payment in full is required to hold your space. If you cancel two weeks out or more, there will be a 75% refund. Less than two weeks the payment becomes non-refundable.
Yes! You can make payments on your retreat. First you must finalize the sessions you want to include in your retreat, then we’ll set up an account and you can make payments. You have the option to decide when you’ll make payments and how much you want each payment to be, subject to a $100 minimum payment. Just give us a call when you’re ready to make a payment and let us know the amount.
Once you have paid at least 50% of the total you can call to schedule at anytime. Provided you give us at least five business days advance notice before you arrive, there is no extra charge for using the payment plan option. However, there is a $100 expediting fee for retreats booked less than 5 business days in advance. The final payment will be run when you actually arrive in Sedona.
NOTE: if you choose to make payments over time, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE except the first one, which is refundable if you cancel within the first 48 hrs after making that payment (minus a $50 cancellation fee).
