SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats: Reservation Policies
In order to book your private retreat, we require a deposit at the time the reservation is made. The deposit is your guarantee that the sessions we’ve discussed together will be reserved. Your remaining balance will be paid 3 days before your arrival. If you are booking less than five business days in advance there is a non-refundable $100 expediting fee. We will start scheduling once we have your deposit and dates.

Retreat and Day Package Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited number of retreat spaces, as well as the customized design we provide for our retreats, a deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your retreat space and form your personal team of practitioners.
If you cancel without dates 8 days in advance, you will be charged a fee of $250. Your sessions (of which you have partially paid for) will remain on account for you to use within one year of the cancellation date. Upon rescheduling, you will pay any remaining balance of your prior purchase. Our system does not allow substitutions. (You must call us with your new dates and give us a week to re-schedule).
If you change your dates 8 days before the start date, you will be charged a fee of $250. We will release the rooms, re-schedule your sessions, re-set your auto-pay, and re-form your team of practitioners.
If you cancel or change your dates your retreat 7-3 days in advance of your start date the fee is $500. We will re-schedule, or “early cancel” sessions back into your account, with the same conditions as above.
If you cancel or change your dates 1-2 days before your start date, the system will clear your sessions and your payment will be forfeited. *There is no refund for missed or forfeited sessions.
Ala Carte, Group Retreat, Workshop Training & Lifeline Cancellation
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Due to the limited number of specialty guides and high desire for our programs (and reservation of our rooms) sessions are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend any session or do not finish a session there is no prorated refund. NOTE FOR GROUP RETREATS & WORKSHOPS: If you are the only participant, the Event will not be canceled & you will receive personal one-on-one sessions.
Change of Dates: Ala Carte, Group Retreat, Workshop & Lifeline
Changing dates outside of 48 hours will incur a fee of $50. If you change your dates with less than 48 hours advance notice, the sessions/event will become non-refundable.
