What has been called "secret" knowledge -- the wisdom of mystics and sages -- is not really a secret at all.  It's simply hidden in the one place you never thought to look.  It is the inner wisdom of your own heart, and no one ever looks there... until they have finally suffered enough of the pain that comes from egoic pursuits.

SpiritQuest is pleased to offer some of the same amazing insights and tools we utilize in our private intensives, orgainized into a 3-day group retreat program. If your travel dates are flexible and your budget is limited, our group retreats provide an afforable option for those seeking to gain clarity on their purpose and expand their conscious awareness. 

Led by Ed Preston & Katherine Lash, the co-founders of SpiritQuest, this retreat may also include other guest speakers.  Our time together will be devoted to discovering your soul's true purpose while manifesting inner peace and abundance. The retreat will include meditation training, breathing techniques and tools for stress management, springled with timeless vision and universal wisdom from the sages.  The shift in perspective that many participants experience can only be described as a spiritual awakening.

Group Retreat Itinerary
 

Day 1 - Arrival

Please plan to arrive in Sedona the day before the retreat is scheduled to begin.  Check into your accommodations and get a good night's sleep.

Day 2 - Deepening The Soul

Sessions will start promptly at 9:30 am each day of the retreat. On the first day of sessions we will meet at the SpiritQuest Office and the sessions will focus on spiritual perspectives and letting go of outdated dogmatic beliefs that prevent us from experiencing the richness of a deeper spirituality.  We will also experience techniques to activate and balance chakra energy.

Day 3 - Inner Vision / Outer Manifestation

Today we will learn the specific tools necessary to go deep within ourselves to find our own answers.  These tools will not only enhance your own intuitive power, but also improve your ability to manage stress and manifest your inner vision into your outer reality.  We'll dive deep into meditation and visualization, touching on topics such as lucid dreaming, intentional dreaming, clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and astralprojection.

Day 4 - Living Your Purpose With Passion

As participants become more attuned and aligned with their spiritual body, our attention naturally turns to the question of how we live according to our highest purpose and do so with joy and passion. After all, this is the whole point of practical spirituality.
 

Optional One-to-One Intensives For The Group Retreat
 

Our group spiritual retreats can be done either as a stand alone experience, or enhanced by extending your stay to go deeper through intensive one-on-one private sessions.  We recommend you schedule at least one to four days as an extension. While all the sessions offered by SpiritQuest will be available, we have included below a list of those that are especially appropriate for this retreat.  Those who feel the group sessions are enough may also elect to extend their stay and experience a some of the fun adventure activities SpiritQuest offers.

Location:  Group retreats are hosted at Vista House, which is located at Red Rock Crossing.  With a spectacular view Cathedral Rock (pictured at right) and half dozen easy hiking trails right out our back door, this a wonderfully comfortable and safe place for small groups to gather. Many clients at past SpiritQuest events have brought a box lunch and headed down to the picnic area at Cresent Moon Recreation Area, just a five minute walk from Vista House. 

Lodging:  Lodging and meals are not included.  Sedona offers numerous options for lodging in every price range.  The SpiritQuest staff will be happy to make your reservation at one of our parnter properties who offer our clients a special group rate.

Transportation:  Participants coming from out of state will fly into Phoenix (PHX) and drive approximately 2 hrs to Sedona.  Departing flights can be arranged any time after the last day of the retreat. Vista House is not served by public transportation, so participants will need access to a vehicle for this retreat.

Booking:  Payment is required at the time of booking.  If you cancel your retreat, your payment can be used as a credit towards a future event within one year.  If you are unable to attend any session or do not finish the retreat there is no prorated refund.  In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled by SpiritQuest for any reason, all money paid will either be refunded or can be applied to private sessions at your option. SpiritQuest will only be liable for monies we have received.
