SpiritQuest is a holistic retreat center offering experiential, coaching-based programs and does not provide licensed therapy or clinical treatment.

Unlike many retreat providers who rent temporary spaces or send you to practitioners’ homes, SpiritQuest operates from its own established Sedona retreat center  –  offering a sanctuary for guests seeking change. SpiritQuest operates as both a wellness retreat center and a spiritual retreat center, depending on the program you choose.

Your sessions will take place in one of our fabulous session rooms at our Retreat Center, in a medicine wheel for our Shamanic Retreats, located just outside, at sacred vortex sites among the red rocks, or in private session rooms of our practitioners — all of which are within a 5-minute drive of our Center. To complement our incredible location, SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats has assembled a special team of Sedona’s best teachers, coaches, and guides together in a single organization. Your retreat in Sedona will be one that you will never forget!

Your sessions in the Center will be conducted in one of our various rooms.  Starting with the Zen Room you will be welcomed with an array of Himalayan salt lamps to help bring emotional balance.  Salt lamps generate negative ions, which help you to feel more energized and uplifted.  Most Orientations are conducted in this room. Start your retreat in Sedona by setting your intention and reviewing your program. Get clear about your goals and start your retreat off right! Center yourself and get ready for a transformational experience! Our couples retreats begin in this room where you and your partner will set your goals at your first session. During your retreat, enjoy the natural soothing vibrational energy of this room.

Join us during your retreat in this dedicated space for reflection and inner connection. Our Sound Healing Group & Private Room consists of crystal bowls, drums, Tibetan bowls and amazing gongs.  Bring yourself into a deep meditation as these various sound healing tools guide you to a spiritual depth, connecting you to self.  Sound healing is increasingly embraced as the oldest, most gentle and most profound method of healing. Spiritual retreats at SpiritQuest support expanded awareness through meditation and mindfulness. This room is used for meditation, sound healing, breathwork, and guided sessions designed to deepen presence.

Our Serenity Room is equipped with a beautiful massage table where you can experience a relaxing massage with our wraps, sacred essential oils, Reiki, or a variety of other treatments.  Our massage process restores a sense of calm, repairing and re-balancing the energy so that the body can move to its optimal level and begin to heal.  Energetic balancing can also help identify issues or stresses before they manifest as pain or similar distortions in the physical body. It opens our consciousness to the areas we need to work through to restore peace. This room is perfect for our wellness retreats.  Other sessions include treating yourself to an amazing relaxation on our Bio mat, filled with Amethyst crystals. These Amethyst crystals transform lower frequencies to higher frequencies, balance and stabilize energies, calm emotions, and stress.

The Healing Room is a cozy intimate room utilized for holistic healing.  Using techniques for physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness, we promote overall mind, body, and spirit wellness.  Our Elite SpiritQuest practitioners will help you gain perspective on your life to re-gain balance. Inner peace comes when a person aligns and embraces wholeness.  The healing room is a safe place to release pain, hurts, and stress during your healing retreat.  SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats offers a variety of healing sessions such as: Letting Go of Your Story, Leaving Feelings of Abandonment Behind, Healing and Loving Your Inner Child, Learning to Forgive and many more.

The room is the perfect setting for starting your women’s retreat or men’s retreat. It is a safe space dedicated to fostering a harmonious feel and facilitating crucial inner child work. The Cost of a Sedona Retreat

SpiritQuest is an award-winning retreat center with 0ver 20 years of experience! Our retreat in Sedona is known for customizing personal one-on-one experiences. The cost of a couple’s retreat ranges from $ 2,400 to $ 7,900, depending on the program you select. The cost of our private one-on-one retreats ranges from $ 2,000 to $ 6,000, depending on which activities are selected. If you extend your stay, the price may increase depending on how your retreat is built. Some people prefer a simple program; others feel they need an extensive retreat experience to overcome the difficulties they are facing.

Medicine Wheel and Walking Labyrinth

Our Medicine Wheel and Labyrinth are located a short distance from the Retreat Center, where a variety of sessions take place.  These sessions can include: Empowerment Tools of the Inner Journey, Meet Your Guides, Dream Time Journey, Yoga sessions, Medicine Wheel Ceremonies, Walking the Labyrinth, as well as many others. The SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats’ Medicine Wheel is laid out in a specific position: the four sides of the Medicine Wheel represent the Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, and Mental aspects of yourself.

The labyrinth is a symbolic layout of stones that relate to wholeness. It combines the circle and the spiral, and you can walk it to reflect on your personal path. The Labyrinth represents a journey to your center and back again out into the world. Many guests like to add a visit to either the medicine wheel or the labyrinth while on their retreat.
