Welcome & ReleasingYour SpiritQuest practitioner will greet you at our Retreat Center and assist you in a welcoming ceremony for your Girl’s Weekend Getaway. Become very present and acknowledge that enjoyment of the moment is what brings happiness.
Design Your Life Vision Board – 90 min.
During this integrating session, you will create a vision board that reflects your higher self – the person you would be if you always let your higher self guide your choices. The creative process is essential to the art of expression. This artistic and creative process will allow you to express your emotions and assist with moving you out of the “mind space” and into your “heart space”. This is a vision board you will take home with you as a reminder of the vision you held during your retreat. Placing it in a prominent place where you see it every day will inspire you to live that vision.
Deep Tissue Massage & Energy Work
Relax in our tranquil massage room at the retreat center and allow your practitioner to focus on your deeper layers of muscle tissue. Moreover, your practitioner focuses on releasing the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas. This is done by either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons, and fascia.
