4-Day Sedona Vortex Retreat
Arrive in Sedona, Arizona
This is a good time to reflect on the intentions that you already set for the retreat. Arrive at SpiritQuest Spiritual Retreat Center the next morning to embark on your sacred journey!
Orientation/Intention Setting
Begin your journey by diving deep into your purpose and what the Universe has in store for you. Allow all that is meant for you to unfold. You will set your intentions and identify what you desire to manifest in your life.
Releasing Ceremony – 2 hrs. (Land Journey)
Your retreat begins when your SpiritQuest guide takes you out for a special releasing ceremony. During this session, you set your intention and identify blockages that have been holding you back. Your guide takes you out on the land in Sedona, and together, the space is cleared for what needs to be manifested.
Healing Your Relationship from Within – 1.5hrs.
This remarkable healing session opens your heart to transcend grief and transform your negative relationship patterns and transform your life. You will be gently guided to experience the hidden dynamics of the relationship you have with yourself. Underlying entanglements and unhealthy subconscious bonding can lead to anxiety or depressive states and can then be released, giving you a chance for forgiveness. A profound sense of freedom and inner peace resides. This session is perfect for a person who would like to improve their relationship with themselves.
Sedona Ultimate Treatment – 1.5 hrs.
Relax and open your heart as you melt into this delicious full-body experience. This session starts with releasing tension using a hot stone decompression and warm wet towels. Next, the feet and hands receive hot stones and massage using the invigorating essential oil of lime! Warm Chakra stones are placed, and breath is used to activate these areas. The head, neck, and shoulders receive massage and the treatment ends in a soothing lavender towel to the face.
Sedona Vortex Experience – 2.5 hrs. (Land Journey)
Concentrated vortex energy is everywhere in Sedona and helps amplify whatever may be needed for spiritual growth. Sedona has been known to help people untangle and release stagnating energy, facilitating healing, mantra and deepening the connection to the Divine. This session begins with an educational conversation about Sedona history, geology, and lore. Once you have reached your sacred site (chosen for your specific intentions) your guide will lay down a spiritual altar. You will then enjoy a cleansing sound bath, as you connect with the Earth, the energy, and your higher self. The intention is that you will leave this session refreshed, renewed, balanced, and in harmony.
Divine Astrology Reading – 1.5 hrs.
(Exact date, time, and location of birth is required, also good to know current residence location) Align yourself with the power of the Universe instead of fighting against it! This session helps you understand the energetic potentials captured at the moment of each of your birth and provide guidance and direction for your lives and relationships. Astrology readings serve as snapshots of the exact location of the planets at the time of your birth. Based on your unique birth information, your astrology reading will examine the effect that the planets and their interactions have on your life, as well as the divine interplay and planetary influences.
Bio Boost Treatment – 1.5 hrs.
Unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. This healing and nurturing session incorporates six powerful elements to invigorate the life force system. Re-align, re-structure, re-balance the nervous system, lymphatic & circulatory systems. Reclaim your strength and nourish your essence, promoting subtle body spiritual wellness. Clear, cleanse, and rejuvenate using current technology of Biomat, Chi Machine, Salt Lamp, Essential oil, Crystalline Stones, and Solfeggio Frequencies. Your practitioner will prepare the way and allow the technologies to do their work. This session includes Thai Massage with clothing on and ends with a head massage.
Crystal Grid Reading – 1 hr.
This magical Sedona Vortex Retreat session allows you to interact with crystals in a deeper more profound way! Crystals have unique living histories and properties. You will select from a variety of crystals in order to create your own crystal grid. Your practitioner then looks at your selection and your placement in order to give you insights into how this layout gives you perspectives on your life.
Soul Collage – 1.5 hrs.
Venture into the world of power images and create a soul collage meant to inspire you and keep you focused on what’s important. This self-discovery session allows the creative parts of you to arise. Cut and paste images to help you forge a path for your future. Take this special card home in a plastic sleeve where you can refer to it when you get off track. This is a session that clients find relaxing and intriguing!
Walking Labyrinth Meditation – 1.5 hrs.
This therapeutic session mirrors the journey of life. The use of the labyrinth as a symbol first appears among Native American cultures in Arizona around 600 BC, where it represents the sacred path to the Creator. The labyrinth has only a single, non-branching path, which leads directly to the center. This session is a walking meditation outdoors where you will take each step in the present moment with the intention to help align your path and center your energy.
Red Rock Yoga Hike – 2 hrs. (Land Journey)
Yoga is aimed to unite the mind, the body, and the Spirit. Yogis view that the mind and the body are one and that if it is given the right tools and taken to the right environment, it can find harmony and heal itself. Yoga therefore is considered therapeutic. It helps you become more aware of your body’s posture, alignment, and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and helps you relax even in the midst of a high-stress environment. Enjoy a glorious red rock hike to a spectacular scenic location and partake in a private yoga session tailored specifically for you on the sacred land of Sedona. Yoga on the red rocks is a powerful experience!
Psychic & Intuitive Discovery – 1.5 hrs.
This is session is a wonderful launching point for those who would like to further explore and develop their spiritual and intuitive abilities. This session is best for those who have already had premonitions or experiences that would help the practitioner go deeper into subtle body energy and tuning into Universal Wisdom to develop the gifts that we all possess but not everyone utilizes.
Retreat Integration (end) – 1.5 hrs
During this session, you will review and reflect on your retreat experience with your SpiritQuest guide, then discover how to use your own inner power to create a more joyous, abundant, and healthy life. The life YOU truly desire. Our intention is to be there for you after you return home. Our Lifeline can provide the support you may need.
