Flour-Free Banana Bar Delight

  • 2 c Gluten-Free Oats
  • Bananas, 2 ripe, pureed
  • 2 tbsp Ground Chia
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flax
  • Handful Goji Berries
  • 1/2 c Walnuts
  • 3 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Stevia
  • Dash Cinnamon
Mix well by hand
Spread onto greased bread tin
Bake 350 for 20 min.
This amazing recipe was created by Jesse, one of our main retreat coordinators. It is very moist and is gluten free and Vegan. Now that may sound boring, but trust me, it’s amazing. I couldn’t stop eating the bars.  The Oats offer fiber and lower cholesterol levels. Banana is a source of Vitamin C, Manganese, and Potassium. The Chia and Flax are an incredible source

of fiber to “get things moving.” The Walnuts provide protein, Omega 3 oils, and contribute to gut health. Pumpkin seeds provide protein, Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils. The Almond Butter provides protein, Vitamin E, and Magnesium. Lastly, Cinnamon is anti-inflammatory and is a wonderful anti-oxidant. During our Wellness Retreats
