Sedona Weekend Retreat Itinerary:


This package combines incredible massage treatments, guided meditation and a visit to one of Sedona's must-see vortex sites. You'll feel whole and healthy again! You'll return home rejuvenated and energized, inspired with new insights into your higher purpose, you'll be ready to experience the beauty and wonder of life in a whole new way. Invest in yourself with a SpiritQuest retreat! This Sedona weekend getaway consists of six private sessions
where the focus is totally on you!

Day 1:

Arrive in Sedona - Check into your accommodations and enjoy some free time.

Day 2:

Welcome & Releasing Ceremony - Your SpiritQuest guide will take you outside for a private welcoming ceremony. During this ceremony you will connect with the land, set your intention for the retreat, and identify blockages that need to be released.

Spa roomInsights Into Self / Breaking Old Belief Patterns - Looking for wisdom and insights into the self? In this session you can explore any questionable areas of your life. You will be guided to meet your own inner wisdom, and connect with it to make realistic decisions. Align and integrate this new wisdom to establish wholeness, thus empowering you and your life.

Deep Tissue Massage & Energy Work - This massage technique focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

Day 3:

Sedona Vortex Experience - Get out on the red rocks and feel the unique energy that has drawn millions of visitors to Sedona! Concentrated vortex energy is everywhere here, and helps us amplify whatever is needed for our spiritual growth. Our guides will take you to private locations and use special tools like guided meditation to open your heart to its inner wisdom. During this session you will be guided through a tranquil journey, allowing you to move to a deep place of stillness and rhythm within yourself. You will come back feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!

Chakra Balancing - Using a variety of techniques our practitioner will revitalize and restore your energy flow!  Chakra is the Hindu name given to the energy centers of our body. These swirling vortexes regulate our energy flow. To maintain a healthy balance within the body, the Chakras need to be balanced from time to time.

Mind, Body & Spirit Integration - During this session you will review and reflect on your retreat experience with your SpiritQuest guide, then discover how to use your own inner power to create a more joyous, abundant and healthy life... the life YOU truly desire.
