SpiritQuest Retreats is a registered trademark (serial  number 77751399). All images and content on this site are the property of SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats, LLP and protected by U.S. and International law.  You are not permitted to download (other than page caching) or modify the site or its contents, or any portion thereof, without our prior written consent. We use Copyscape to protect our content from infringement.

Many of the photos shown on our site are available for royalty free use, subject to the terms and conditions described below.  If you wish to use one or more of our photos on your web site, you must contact us for permission BEFORE posting any photo to the web.

You are not permitted to "hot link" to images directly from our server, post our content on any web site, or utilize any framing techniques to enclose our registered  trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats, LLP without our prior written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing the SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats name or trademarks without prior written consent. We take this issue very seriously and will prosecute violations to the full extent of the law!

Before using any photo you must first contact SpiritQuest to make sure it is available for such use, then link back to one of our sites with a qualifying link.  A qualifying link is defined as:

  • On a site that is in good standing with the major search engines.
  • On a page no more than one level deep from the homepage.
  • On a page that is not excluded by the robots.txt file.
  • Uses our preferred link text.
  • With a link that does not prevent search engines from following it.

We will review your robots.txt file and the HTML code for the page where our link is placed.  Also, you should be aware that the back link will be checked periodically to insure it is still there. Removal of our link or altering it in any way so that it cannot be indexed by search engines, while an image is still displayed, constitutes copyright violation and will be prosecuted to the full extent allowed by law.

Furthermore, the user agrees not to create derivative works from our images or other content that would qualify for a new copyright.  Ownership of our images is not transferred with written permission to use them. Use of our images in compliance with our terms is limited to Internet websites only. Images may not be resold, used in print advertising, or for other commercial purposes. 

Use of our images indicates that you have read and understand our terms of use, that you agree to be bound by these terms, and that you agree to pay all legal fees and court costs in the event that we must file suit against you to defend our copyright as a result of your non-compliance. 

Furthermore, you also agree that the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States of America, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use agreement and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats, LLP, relating to that agreement.
